Q: Can I register as a participant only?
A: Yes. Please follow this link: bit.ly/jiisc2018participant. By making registration through
this link, you will be registered as a conference participant hence no abstract submission
will be needed.
Q: How much I have to pay to join as a regular participant only?
A regular participant need to pay only JPY 6000/ IDR 850,000 regardless you are a student or not.
Please do not forget to make payment confirmation (through email to formind.2018@gmail.com).
Q: After submitting an abstract, do I need to register as a conference participant?
A: No. Abstract submission will be regarded as a registration for the conference.
Q: Can I submit an abstract after registering myself as a regular participant?
A: Yes. However, please notify the cancelation of registration as a regular participant to
the committee by email (formind.2018@gmail.com)
Q: How to submit an abstract?
A: We are very sorry, but the registration for poster session has been closed.
Q: By submitting an abstract, does it mean I automatically registered as
a poster presenter?
A: Yes. However, all abstracts will be reviewed prior to acceptance as a
poster presenter. You will receive a ‘Letter of Acceptance’ as a poster presenter once
your abstract passes the review.
Q: How to submit a full manuscript?
A: We are very sorry, but the registration for poster session has been closed.
Q: Can I register as an oral presenter?
A: No. Oral presentation opportunity will be given to selected participants with
outstanding research. You need to submit a full manuscript to be listed as an oral presenter candidate. The invitation for oral presentation will be sent after the review
process.
Q: When will I receive the letter of acceptance?
A: As soon as the review process is done, the letter of acceptance will be sent to the
passing abstracts.
Q: When do I need to pay the conference money?
A: Please make payment as soon as possible before the deadline. We would like ask you to
be careful not to make any payment except to our official bank account.
The committee will not ask the participants to pay to an account own by individuals or
institutions outside the organizer.
Q: How to make payment confirmation?
A: The committee will send the instructions through email. Please follow the instruction
accordingly.
